Van wrap FAQ.
How much does a van wrap cost in SWFL?
Van wraps range from $400 for basic lettering to $5,000 for a full color-change wrap on a high-roof Sprinter. Most service businesses pick the middle tier — partial wraps with logo, doors and rear graphics — which runs $1,200 to $2,500. Vehicle size matters: a Nissan NV200 partial wrap is cheaper than a high-roof Sprinter partial. Call (239) 880-6856 for an exact quote on your specific van.
What van platforms do you wrap?
All major service van platforms: Mercedes Sprinter (144" and 170", standard and high-roof), Ford Transit (Connect, regular, high-roof), Ram ProMaster (1500, 2500, 3500), Nissan NV200, Chevy Express, GMC Savana, plus older Ford E-Series and step vans. Both cargo and passenger configurations.
Is a van wrap really worth it for a small business?
For most service businesses, yes — and the math is straightforward. Outdoor advertising research consistently shows a wrapped commercial vehicle generates 30,000 to 70,000 visual impressions per day in urban traffic patterns. A $2,000 partial wrap over a 5-year service life works out to roughly $0.0003 per impression. Google search ads cost $2–$10 per click. Facebook ads cost $5–$15 per thousand impressions. No other marketing channel touches a wrap's cost-per-impression.
Do you offer fleet discounts for multiple vans?
Yes — volume pricing starts at 3 or more vans on the same project. Fleet benefits include: per-van discount (typically 10–20%), one design fee for the whole fleet instead of per-vehicle, coordinated scheduling so you're never without operating vans, and consistent branding management across the fleet. Some of our clients run 20+ wrapped vehicles.
How long does a van wrap install take?
Lettering goes on in 1 to 2 days. Partial wraps install in 2 to 3 days. Full van wraps (especially high-roof Sprinters and Transit) take 3 to 5 days for install alone. Full project timeline from quote to driving out: 1 to 2 weeks including design and material printing. We don't promise same-day install on wraps — proper surface prep and adhesive curing matters more than rushing.
Will a wrap damage my van's factory paint?
No — when installed and removed by professionals on factory paint in good condition, van wraps are paint-safe. The wrap actually protects the original paint from UV, branch scrapes, rock chips and minor abrasions. The only exception: paint that's already failing, oxidized, or has been repainted with low-quality body shop products may come off with the vinyl. We inspect the surface and flag concerns before printing.
Can you wrap a leased van?
Yes — and it's one of the smartest uses of vinyl wraps. The wrap protects your leased van's factory paint from wear and tear during the lease term, then comes off cleanly at lease-end so the vehicle returns in original condition. Always check your lease contract for vehicle modification clauses first.
How long does a van wrap last in Florida?
Premium cast vinyl from 3M, Avery, HP and Arlon is rated for 5 to 7 years on outdoor vehicle applications in Florida's UV and humidity. Hand washing instead of brush washes, parking in shade when possible, and avoiding harsh chemicals extends life. Most fleet clients keep their wraps in great condition for the full rated lifespan before refreshing.
