  13. How to contact us

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out our quote form, email us, call us, text us on WhatsApp, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to share. This typically includes:

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, our servers and analytics tools automatically log:

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

3. SMS & text messaging

If you give us your phone number through our quote form or otherwise opt in, you may receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from Brittoprint about your project, quote, order, install scheduling, or — only with your separate consent — promotional offers. Here is how that works:

4. Cookies & tracking pixels

The Site uses cookies (small files stored on your device) and pixels (small invisible images that fire when a page loads) to remember preferences, measure traffic and personalize advertising. Cookies generally fall into four buckets:

TypePurposeExamples
Strictly necessary Make the Site work (load pages, submit forms) Server session cookies
Analytics Tell us which pages people visit and how they got here Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*)
Advertising Measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites Google Ads, Meta Pixel (_fbp), TikTok Pixel (_ttp)
Functional Remember preferences (e.g. you've already seen a popup) Site preference cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also let you delete existing cookies. Note that disabling cookies may break some Site features.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following trusted third parties. Each has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they collect on our behalf:

6. When we share data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required by tax, accounting or other laws (typically 7 years for financial records in Florida). You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 8 below.

8. How we protect your data

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Our quote form is delivered over an encrypted connection and form submissions are stored on a server with restricted access. We apply strict file permissions, a Content Security Policy, and other defense-in-depth measures. That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Florida residents: The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (effective July 2024) gives you the rights listed above. California residents: The CCPA / CPRA provides the same rights and protections. To exercise any right, email info@brittoprint.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

How to opt out of advertising cookies

10. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, so the Site does not currently change its behavior based on them. You can still control tracking using the cookie and ad-preference links above.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law or our business. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always show the current version. Material changes will also be announced on this page. Please review it periodically.
