This Privacy Policy explains how Brittoprint LLC ("Brittoprint", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit brittoprint.com (the "Site"), request a quote, or otherwise interact with our business. By using the Site, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out our quote form, email us, call us, text us on WhatsApp, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to share. This typically includes:
- Your name and business name (if applicable)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project details, vehicle make/model, sizes, locations, deadlines
- Photos, logos or design files you upload to help us quote
- Billing and shipping address (only when an order is placed)
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, our servers and analytics tools automatically log:
- IP address and approximate geographic location (city / region)
- Browser type, operating system, device type and screen size
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL and exit page
- Anonymous identifiers stored in cookies (see section 3 below)
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Reply to your quote request, prepare estimates and fulfill orders
- Schedule installs, deliveries and follow-ups
- Issue invoices, accept payments and keep accounting records
- Send order updates, appointment reminders or — only with your consent — promotional messages
- Improve the Site, troubleshoot issues and understand which content is useful
- Measure the performance of our marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok ads)
- Prevent fraud, abuse and spam
- Comply with applicable law, tax requirements and court orders
3. SMS & text messaging
If you give us your phone number through our quote form or otherwise opt in, you may receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from Brittoprint about your project, quote, order, install scheduling, or — only with your separate consent — promotional offers. Here is how that works:
- Consent. By submitting your phone number to Brittoprint, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, quote, order, appointment or install. Promotional messages are only sent if you opt in separately.
- No selling or sharing. We will never sell, share or rent your phone number — or any personal information collected through SMS — to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies depending on the stage of your project. Most customers receive between 1 and 10 messages per month. Active jobs (proofing, scheduling, install) may produce more during that window.
- Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS from Brittoprint.
- Get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us anytime at (239) 880-6856 or info@brittoprint.com.
- Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Brittoprint does not charge you for SMS, but your carrier may.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Cookies & tracking pixels
The Site uses cookies (small files stored on your device) and pixels (small invisible images that fire when a page loads) to remember preferences, measure traffic and personalize advertising. Cookies generally fall into four buckets:
| Type | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Make the Site work (load pages, submit forms) | Server session cookies |
| Analytics | Tell us which pages people visit and how they got here | Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) |
| Advertising | Measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites | Google Ads, Meta Pixel (_fbp), TikTok Pixel (_ttp) |
| Functional | Remember preferences (e.g. you've already seen a popup) | Site preference cookies |
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also let you delete existing cookies. Note that disabling cookies may break some Site features.
5. Third-party services we use
We rely on the following trusted third parties. Each has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they collect on our behalf:
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Ads — advertising and conversion tracking. How Google uses ad data
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel — ad performance and retargeting. Meta Privacy Policy
- TikTok Pixel — ad performance on TikTok. TikTok Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on the Site
- Google Maps — embedded maps for our location
- Email and SMS providers — to send you quotes and order updates
- Payment processors — we never store full credit card numbers; payment data is handled directly by a PCI-compliant processor
6. When we share data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business (hosting, analytics, accounting, shipping carriers, payment processors) — strictly bound to use the data only to serve us
- Government agencies or courts when required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all our assets — your data would remain protected by this policy
7. Data retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required by tax, accounting or other laws (typically 7 years for financial records in Florida). You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 8 below.
8. How we protect your data
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Our quote form is delivered over an encrypted connection and form submissions are stored on a server with restricted access. We apply strict file permissions, a Content Security Policy, and other defense-in-depth measures. That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you
- Right to access a copy of that information
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to delete your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations)
- Right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" / "sharing" of personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
How to opt out of advertising cookies
- Google Ads & Analytics: My Ad Center
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Ad Preferences
- TikTok: Cookie Settings
- Industry opt-out: DAA WebChoices · NAI opt-out
10. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, so the Site does not currently change its behavior based on them. You can still control tracking using the cookie and ad-preference links above.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law or our business. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always show the current version. Material changes will also be announced on this page. Please review it periodically.
