Are you an ad agency?
Honest answer — no. We are a brand-and-print shop, not a media-buying agency. We design and produce the physical brand: logo, business cards, storefront signs, vehicle wraps, trade show displays and uniforms. For paid ads, SEO and social media management, we refer to trusted local marketing partners we have worked with for years and will introduce you to one that fits your industry and budget.
How long does a full brand identity take?
3 to 6 weeks for the design plus the brand guidelines document. Add 1 to 3 weeks for signs and vehicle wrap production after sign-off, since those need permits, fabrication or vehicle scheduling. Rush is sometimes possible for an upcharge — we never promise same-day or same-week on a full brand build because rushed brand work always shows up as a redesign bill within 12 months.
Do you do digital marketing — Google Ads, SEO, social media?
No — we focus on physical brand assets: printed marketing, signage, vehicle wraps, uniforms, trade show booths. For Google Ads, SEO and social media management we partner with trusted local marketing firms in SWFL. When we send you to a partner, we send you to someone we actually work with — not a referral kickback we have never met.
Can I just buy the logo + business cards or do I need the full package?
Order anything à la carte. Most clients start with logo plus business cards (Starter package), then layer in storefront signs, vehicle wraps and embroidered uniforms over the next 6 to 12 months as budget allows. Buying the full Pro or Full package up front saves about 15% versus piecing it together later, but there is no requirement and no pressure.
Do you work with national brands or only local?
Mostly Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Lehigh Acres. We have shipped printed marketing orders (business cards, flyers, postcards, banners) nationally, but signs and vehicle wraps are SWFL-only because we install and need to see the building or vehicle in person before fabricating. We also do not commit to managing brand programs across multiple national locations.
What if I already have a logo?
Bring it in. About 40% of our brand clients arrive with a logo they want kept but everything else (cards, signs, vehicle wrap) rebuilt as one consistent system. We will audit the logo first — sometimes the existing logo is production-ready and we work with it; sometimes it needs a light refresh to scale properly to a 4x10 ft sign. We are upfront either way.
Can I get the brand done same-day or in a week?
No — we never promise same-day branding. A real brand takes 3 to 6 weeks because the strategy, color exploration and revision rounds are what make it last 5+ years. We have seen too many one-week logos get redrawn within 12 months. If you are opening a business in 2 weeks and need a Starter package fast, talk to us — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit the deadline before charging a deposit.
