We pick our substrates with care: 13oz heavy-duty scrim vinyl for standard outdoor, 18oz for high-stress installs, mesh for windy conditions, premium dye-sub fabrics for trade shows. Vinyl from Avery, 3M, HP and Arlon. Banners come hemmed, grommeted, pole-pocketed or finished any way you need.
HP Latex wide-format printers are the workhorse for our banners — vibrant color, fast drying, eco-friendly water-based latex inks rated for outdoor durability. Graphtec plotters for cut graphics and finishing. Welded or sewn seams for oversized banners.

Yes — our 13oz scrim vinyl is rated for outdoor use up to 2 years in tropical climates. For longer installs, 18oz heavy-duty vinyl extends life. Mesh banners are the right call for hurricane-season fence wraps where wind permeability matters.
Common sizes are 2×4', 3×6', 4×8', 6×10' and 10×20'. We can print up to 64" wide in a single piece without seams, and larger banners (16×30' and beyond) by welding or seaming panels together.
Yes — every outdoor banner includes hemmed edges and grommets at the corners and along the top/bottom every 24–36" by default. Pole pockets, rope sewn-in, and bungee tabs available on request.
