What size pop-up tent works for Naples Pier events?
A 10x10 ft pop-up tent is the standard for solo vendor booths at Naples Pier markets, Mercato vendor events and Old Naples seasonal markets — it fits one branded table, two retractables and a clean walk-around for customers. For a 10x20 ft booth or any setup with multiple displays, side walls and a back wall, the 10x20 ft frame gives you the room. We print custom canopy panels, full back walls and side curtains with Pantone color matching — the tent shouldn't look like every other generic white pop-up on the lawn.
Can you match my brand's exact Pantone colors?
Yes — Pantone color matching is standard on every trade show display we print for Naples brands. We run calibrated HP Latex wide-format equipment with custom ICC profiles for our premium 16oz vinyl, soft-touch fabric, SEG panels and backlit polyester. Send us your brand guidelines with the PMS values and we will press-proof until your hero color matches your printed collateral, your storefront vinyl and your website — no surprise pink-red mismatches at the booth. For luxury brands we will print a physical swatch on the actual material before the run if the color is mission-critical.
How quickly can you turn around a Naples trade show display?
Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 business days end-to-end — design proof in 3 to 5 days, print and finishing in another 3 to 5 days. Full booth wraps and custom tent canopies sit on the longer end of that. We never promise same-day on trade show work — premium materials, Pantone color matching and proper finishing cannot be rushed without the print quality slipping, and a Quote on request backdrop with a banding stripe down the middle is a brand problem, not a savings. Tell us your event date at quote time and we block your production slot.
Do you do rentals or just sales?
We sell, we do not rent. Most Naples clients keep their displays for the next round of Mercato events, Naples Chamber mixers, Naples Beach Hotel galas and Vineyards Club activations through the season — custom-printed hardware that fits your brand is a re-usable asset, not an event-day expense. A retractable banner with your logo costs less than two rentals of a generic one. For one-off booth needs — a single trade show out of state, a temporary partner activation — we can recommend trusted rental partners in Naples and Fort Myers.
What is the difference between a step + repeat and a regular backdrop?
A step + repeat backdrop is the photo-wall format with your logo tiled in a repeating pattern — every step a guest takes in front of it, your logo is in the photo. Standard at galas, press conferences and influencer activations. A regular event backdrop typically runs one big hero piece — a brand image, a campaign hero shot, a single mark — and serves more as a stage backdrop than a photo wall. Both print on soft-touch fabric or matte vinyl, both fit the same telescoping stand. We will recommend the right one based on whether your guests are taking photos or watching a presentation.
Do you offer install at the venue?
Yes — white-glove on-site install is available across Naples for booth wraps, step + repeat backdrops and full SEG fabric panels. Our team handles the frame assembly, panel installation and dressing of the booth so you walk in to a finished space. Install pricing depends on the venue and the booth complexity; small retractable-only setups don't need install. Quoted with the order.
